What triggers a move up
- Needing a CRM, booking, and a chatbot — not just landing pages (Builder → Workspace).
- Wanting to white-label and resell to clients (→ Agency).
- Going past 10 client workspaces (+$10/mo each on Agency).
- Adding an AI voice receptionist that answers the phone (+$99/mo per agent).
Switching tiers
Settings → Billing → pick a new tier. Upgrades are immediate; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Stripe handles the proration.
